Could This Be Your
New Business Location?

The Bathurst Business Park is a new, state of the art, 7 unit, commercial office and warehouse development in Bathurst New South Wales.  Before we have detailed plans drawn up for this development, we’d love to know what you would like your perfect business premises to look and feel like.

Our Vision

To create a sustainable, solar efficient development and attract ‘clean’, high tech and/or environmentally oriented businesses which can tap into the highly motivated local workforce and graduates from Charles Sturt University.

Bathurst, Australia's first inland settlement, is a comfortable 2 ½ hour drive west of Sydney and 3 ½ hours north of Canberra. This modern regional city is accessible by road, rail and air.

With four distinct seasons, Bathurst has much to offer including colonial history, farmstays, gold panning and many other outdoor activities.

Renowned as home of the world-famous Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit, no trip to the city is complete without a lap of the circuit or a visit to the National Motor Racing Museum.

Birthplace of one of Australia’s most respected Prime Ministers, Bathurst maintains Ben Chifley’s home as a tribute to him and his wife Elizabeth, providing a valuable insight into everyday life during the first half of the 20th century.

A city of 37,000 people, Bathurst has beautiful parks, a large selection of sporting venues and world class restaurants, many and varied conference facilities and all the conveniences and infrastructure of a modern city. Today Bathurst supports a variety of industries from education and agriculture to manufacturing and food processing.
